The ObjectClarity Discussbot is really awesome. It is a comment system. You can decide, if these comments appear in the board. You can make each category or section an own thread, automatically. Equal where the disussions happpen (below the article or in board) the posts are shown and discussed at same time below article and in thread - so you need only one moderation.

You can show your Server location time on website, where is the problem ;-)? only a little bit mathematics :-D
